Located in Malecon de la Reserva in Miraflores District, this building accurately reflects the coveted perks of its location both inside and out. The 17-story building was designed by the Lima-based architecture and design team of Imagina Arquitectos. One of the main features of the apartment building is the unobstructed view to the ocean, for which it was important to ensure that the main areas of each unit have this visual access.
The project has been published by Architizer and ArchDaily Latin America.

The project put a great deal of emphasis on shared ammenities, such as a communal kitchen-dining, a movie theater, a bar area, and a fitness center.
