MALDEN HOUSE


A new single-family layout in the center of Malden, Massachusetts.
ROLE: DESIGNER
FOR: MICHIE BUILD & DESIGN
STATUS: COMPLETED

For this remodelation project in Malden, the client specified priorities for the new design, such as a new staircase and kitchen, although with some budget restrictions. To accomplish the best outcome possible, some existing furniture was refurbished and the main structural and spatial distribution was preserved. This project is detail-oriented and emphasizes the finishings as the best tool for noticeable results in a small budget.
